Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Colleviate website and the Colleviate enterprise-intelligence platform (together, the “Platform”), operated by Colleviate (“Colleviate,” “we,” “us”). By accessing the Platform or requesting access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. The Platform
Colleviate is software that produces executive intelligence. From a company's public footprint, the Platform runs deterministic analysis, applies multi-agent inference, and produces board-level intelligence. Colleviate is a product, not a consulting, advisory, or marketing service, and using the Platform does not create any such engagement.
2. Eligibility and access
The Platform is for business use by professionals aged 16 or older. Early access is offered to a founding cohort and may be limited, modified, or withdrawn at our discretion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or circumvent the security of the Platform.
- Do not use the Platform to harass, defame, or unlawfully harm any company or person.
- Do not resell or redistribute outputs or reports except as expressly permitted by your plan.
4. Outputs and intended use
Reports and scores are produced by software from publicly available signals and are provided for informational purposes to support your own judgement. Every quantified claim is evidence-verified against measured signals, but outputs are estimates and analyses, not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. You are responsible for the decisions you make. Colleviate is independent of, and not affiliated with or endorsed by, the companies it analyzes.
5. Intellectual property
The Platform, including the MOSAMBI decision model, the platform, the corpus, software, and all related materials, is owned by Colleviate and protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform and the reports we provide to you for your internal business purposes.
6. Fees
Paid plans, where offered, are described at the point of purchase. Early-access participation may be provided on founding terms. We will not charge you without your express authorization.
7. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colleviate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or US$100.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or to protect the Platform. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
