What these cover
These terms cover your use of colleviate.com. Engagements are governed by the separate agreement we sign with each client, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
What the site is
A description of our services and a set of published articles. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or advice for your specific situation, and nothing on it creates a client relationship. Figures in articles are illustrative unless a source is cited beside them.
Our material
The words, images, film, design and code on this site belong to Colleviate or to the people we licensed them from. You are welcome to quote an article with attribution and a link. Please do not republish one in full, use our work in a pitch, or train a model on it commercially without written permission.
Your material
If you send us a brief, an idea or a file, you keep it. We treat it as confidential and use it only to reply to you. Please do not send anything genuinely sensitive by email before we have a confidentiality agreement in place.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we guarantee neither. Articles reflect what we thought when we wrote them, and search and advertising platforms change faster than the writing about them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from acting on something you read here. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
