Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 June 2026

Colleviate (“Colleviate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the enterprise-intelligence platform available at colleviate.com (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or requesting access to the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the Platform and respond to you:

  • Information you provide. When you request access or contact us, you may give us your name, work email, company, and role, along with any company you ask us to analyze.
  • Public company signals. The Platform analyzes companies from their public footprint only, meaning publicly available web, technical, and market signals. We do not require, request, or access any company's private systems, credentials, or internal data to produce its analysis.
  • Usage data. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Platform: confirm access requests, deliver intelligence, and respond to enquiries.
  • To improve the product, including the accuracy of the corpus that grounds each analysis.
  • To communicate with you about your request, the founding cohort, and material product updates.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate site usage. These tools may set cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains functional without them. If you are visiting from the EU/EEA or UK, a cookie notice will request your consent before non-essential cookies are set.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Platform (for example, hosting, email delivery, form processing, and analytics), each bound to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Platform and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Public company signals used to ground the corpus are derived from publicly available information.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at sid@colleviate.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to limit access to those who need it.

8. International transfers

We operate globally and may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.

9. Children

The Platform is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
